The Ho Tram Beach Resort & Spa is an ideal venue for conference and team orientated incentive event planners, team building organizers, who are looking for new destinations in South of Vietnam. The Resort is just 2h30’ drive from Ho Chi Minh City or 45 minutes drive from Vung Tau.

The ideal place with the perfect atmosphere for relaxed focused and creative concentration. The Resorts function room that can be used for conferences, private parties, etc. and can comfortably seat groups of up to 120 people

Conference room will set up from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm (with overhead projector, screen, whiteboard, flipchart, micro phone).
Morning coffee break with fruit, cookies and drinks (tea, coffee).
Lunch: selection of our Western & Vietnamese set menu
Afternoon coffee break with fruit, cookies and drinks (tea, coffee)…
Standard meeting set up with pen and writing pad and 2 bottles of mineral water

Half-day package

Conference room will set up from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm (with overhead projector, whiteboard, flipchart, micro phone).
Morning coffee break with fruit, cookies and drinks (tea, coffee).
Standard meeting set up with pen and pad and 1 bottles of mineral water

Additional service: The Resort also provides courier and multilingual secretarial services such as photocopying, printing... Wireless Internet access is also available at the conference room
